The first meeting of the Bluegrass Estate Planning Council begins with a BANG!  We are honored to have Federal Judge John Rogers join us to give an overview of the Federal court system, which will include a discussion on the impact of a new passed cumbersome uniform law on the judicial process.  A question and answer session will follow.

Judge Rogers received his B.A. from Stanford University and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.  He was a professor of law at the University of KY College of Law for nearly 25 years where he remains a professor emeritus.  He was nominated to the Sixth Circuit court by President George W. Bush on December 19, 2001, where he remains today.

This is a wonderful opportunity for our Council and its members, and we hope that you will attend on Tuesday, September 6th - and bring some friends and colleagues!
