We are pleased to welcome Karen Perch back to the Bluegrass Estate Planning Council for this meeting! Ms. Perch is the Executive Director of Life Plan of Kentucky in Lexington.
Karen L. Perch is an attorney with twenty years helping individuals with disabilities and their families. At present, in addition to serving as Executive Director of Life Plan, Karen also serves as guardian for two individuals, as power of attorney for three others and as trustee for two individuals with special needs trusts. Karen is a member for the Academy of Special Needs Planners and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
