We are happy to welcome Mr. Pat Olearcek to speak to us for our March meeting.  Pat is the head of Advanced Sales at Mass Mutual in Westfield, Massachusetts and will be presenting on "Advanced Insurance Planning for Trusts and Business Owners."  Since he is traveling in from Massachusetts, we would love to have a great BGEPC turnout to thank him for his time and for sharing his expertise with us.  We hope that you (and any guests!) will be able to join us!

Prior to his current position, Patrick was a professor at Quincy College, where he lectured in the areas of criminal and constitutional law. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar, and holds degrees as a certified life underwriter and a chartered financial consultant from the American College.

A native of Western Massachusetts, Patrick received his undergraduate degree from Western New England College in 1993 and graduated from Western New England College School of Law with a JD in 1996. While in law school, Patrick worked for a small, successful Springfield, Massachusetts law firm that specialized in the areas of business law and estate planning.

Patrick is a frequent author for Franchising World magazine, writing on a great variety of topics in the estate and business planning fields. Patrick also contributes numerous articles to the MassMutual Advanced Underwriter. In addition, Patrick has been interviewed by publications such as The Wall Street Journal and Black Enterprise magazine on many current estate and business planning issues. His work has been published and used as text material at the University of Maryland School of Law in the area of trust and estates.
