Corporate Transparency Act and Common Law Trusts
For our November meeting, we would are excited to bring to you a wonderful webinar program put on by our national affiliate, the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils (NAEPC), on the topic of Corporate Transparency Act and Common Law Trusts. This is a great opportunity and great value at $20 for members, as the cost to view this webinar outside of the BGEPC would be $60.
The speakers for this webinar are Jocelyn Margolie Borowski, JD, LL.M, and Elizabeth King, JD, LL.M.
A buffet lunch with be served. Lunch and networking begin at 11:30 with the meeting starting at 12:00. We will finish around 1:00. The cost of this meeting is $20 for members and $25 for guests. As a reminder, if you pre-paid for the October meeting and did not request a refund, you may apply your paid fee to this meeting.

Please be sure to RSVP so that we have plenty of space and food for everyone. Those who come to the meeting having not RSVP'd may run the risk of being turned away at the door if there is not enough space, so please be sure to RSVP even if you have pre-paid your lunches for the year. You may cancel your reservations up to the time of the event.
If you will be bringing a guest, please be sure that I have their name so that a nametag can be prepared for them.
Just as a reminder, if you have not renewed your membership yet, you are welcome to renew online here: https://www.bgepc.org/members/renewal. Please be aware that anyone not renewing by November 15, 2024, will be removed from the membership and email distribution lists. I extended this due date because of technical difficulties for some of our members. If for some reason you are not able to submit your membership dues by that time but plan to do so, please email me immediately to let me know so that you are not dropped off the list.
